This first call only reads your data. It changes nothing and uses none of your LinkedIn limits.
1

Create an API key

Open the Groovin extension, then Settings → MCP and API, and click Create key.Copy the key now: it starts with gv_live_ and is shown only once. Treat it like a password.
2

List your last 5 conversations

Paste this in a terminal, with your key in place of YOUR_API_KEY:
3

Read the answer

You get the people from your 5 most recent conversations:
conversation_id lets you read that conversation.
If you get an error, see Errors.

Or ask your AI assistant

Paste this into Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor:
Keep your API key out of the conversation: put it in an environment variable, and do not paste it into a chat.

Trying things on these pages

Each endpoint page has a Try it button that calls the real API with your key.
Send really does what the page says. On a page marked in red, it can send a real LinkedIn message or write to your CRM. Read the alert at the top of the page first.
  • Create a separate key for your experiments, and revoke it afterwards.
  • Your requests go straight from your browser to Groovin.
  • On a page that writes, sending the form empty is refused and nothing happens. As soon as you fill it in, the call is real.

Good habits from day one

Read before you write. Start with the routes marked Info, then move on to the others once you have seen the answers.
  • Before running a script an AI wrote, read it, especially if it loops over several people.
  • Send messages and invitations one at a time, after checking them. Sending in bulk can get your LinkedIn account restricted.
  • Never retry a failed send without checking first: the message may already be gone.
