Conversations: use the cursor
Read a conversation returns up to 100 messages, or as many aslimit asks, up to 250. To get older messages, send back the cursor from the previous answer. A null cursor means you reached the end.
Import rows: use the offset
Check a connections import returns 25 rows by default, 100 at most. To get the next page, increaseoffset. rows_truncated tells you when more rows are left.

These routes have no next page.limit keeps the first results, and you cannot ask for the following ones:

On your connections,
total_matched only counts what was read. When truncated is true, the real total can be higher.
To get what is new since your last read, use connected_after rather than going through the whole list.
